We checked in with Karl to find out what a typical day looked like for him as he juggles a busy dual roll between Peak Mileage Expenses and Proximitum.
"The day started off with an engineering team call to analyse and approve the previous night’s data processing reports.
Mid-morning was spent with the development team testing a new device we are integrating into the Peak system. Late morning, early afternoon involved working on Proximitum new business, contacting enquiries about our Cyber Security Services.
The afternoon concluded with a very successful Peak client meeting, they have signed up another group company to the Peak system, so we can now start planning another deployment.
While all the above is going on, like any system which provides a service to a high volume of users, Peak support tickets continually come in. I oversee the team dealing with forgotten passwords, general customer admins, new users, change of vehicles, and advise on best practices and client training to name but a few."
